Waterford Green New Pool Cabana Project

To enhance the common area a cabana area has been added between the pool and tennis courts. During the swimming season the cabana will provide a shaded relaxing area pool side. It will have individually operated ceiling fans and lights. Plus expanded deck capacity for swim meets. During tennis matches this area, at center court, will allow for optimum viewing of matches.  For both activities the expanded pool house has party capability by adding a granite serving shelf.  The area is currently under construction with completion projected by the second week of October.
